The registration form contains all pricing information. To register, display the registration form, print it, and fill it out. To display the form, you must have Adobe® Reader on your computer.

From San Diego: Take I-805 North to Mira Mesa Boulevard. Turn right off the freeway. Turn left at Scranton Road (1st light) Immediate right on Morehouse Drive. From North County: Take I-805 South to Mira Mesa Boulevard. Turn left off the freeway. Turn left at Scranton Road (2nd light) Immediate right on Morehouse Drive. Our office is on the the first entrance. 5440 Morehouse Drive, Suite 3800.

Guarantee Policy

• If, by the end of the first morning, you are dissatisfied with your CBT workshop for any reason, return the materials and receive a complete tuition refund.
   
• In the event Cognitive Therapy And Training Center must cancel a class, your fee will be refunded in full.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellation after the first date of training.
   
• The registration fee, minus a $25 service charge, is refundable if notice is received for a cancelation postmarked ten business days prior to the scheduled seminar.
   
• Letters of credit will be issued for cancellations postmarked nine days before up to scheduled start date. This letter of credit may be applied toward a future CBT program within the following twelve months.
   
• Payment is due in full by the first day of the program.
