GRIEVANCE POLICY
If, by the end of the first morning, you are dissatisfied with your consultation group for any reason, receive a complete tuition refund.
In the event Cognitive Therapy And Training Center must cancel a group, your fee will be refunded in full.
We want every participant to feel respected and supported in this training. If you ever have a concern, please let us know right away. We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a written grievance to [email protected]
All grievances will be reviewed promptly, and a written response will be provided. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request an independent review. All concerns will be handled respectfully and with confidentiality.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Letters of credit, minus a $30.00 Administration Fee, will be issued for cancellations. This letter of credit may be applied toward a future program within the following twelve months.
Schema Therapy on Overcoming Therapeutic Impassess and Therapist Schema group are both small, closed groups. Payment is due in full by the first day of the program. Participants are responsible financially for any missed sessions.
Make-Up Policy
We know life happens! While the group format is designed to be small and interactive, if you miss a live session, you won't lose out. Participants may make up missed hours by completing a specific written and applied clinical assignment tailored to the missing material.
